1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
2. Acceptable Use
- You must be at least 18 years old to enroll or create an account.
- Course materials are for personal, educational use only. Sharing or reselling content is prohibited.
- Users agree to follow all safety guidelines during practical painting sessions.
- Any abusive behavior, harassment, or violation of safety rules may result in account termination.
3. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, manuals, and branding are the property of SolidPort Finish School. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use. No part of the curriculum may be reproduced without prior written consent.
4. Payments and Refunds
Course fees are charged upfront. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no modules have been accessed. Contact [email protected] for refund requests. We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations
Services are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific results or employment outcomes. SolidPort Finish School is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from course participation or use of materials.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available on this page.
